An exhibition of contemporary art was held in the monastery spaces of the Ambit Gallery, where 37 of us independent artists gathered and where three of my framed works were selected for display. The opening was packed, so during the guided tour there was more room to breathe, and we had the opportunity to stop at each individual work and, with commentary from the renowned artist Mr. Rumen Sazdov, discuss in more detail what each artist’s work is about. I am truly grateful for the new encounters and connections I was able to make with the other artists.
